    The information in this "book" was no more than content that could have appeared in a brochure. High expectations based on the "book" title, we're immediately thwarted by the unexpected and unwelcome ads for other books. Am certainly happy to know that I didn't spend any more than a little wasted time on this "book". Not recommended - too many other resources available... One star selected only because you're required to select at least one to write a review.

    This book gave the basic facts about Paleo eating. It did not explain reasoning in great detail. Easy read.

    I am fairing new to Paleo and could have written this simple paper. Most of the pages are ads. Poor value - Don't waste your money!!!
