    I enjoyed this book. I found it easy to care about the characters and tough to put down. Good book. I do wish, EL James would confirm if she's going to write the next two Grey novels or not. Let your readers know! I find it frustrating that she doesn't keep her readers in the know, and even her websites last entry is more then a year old! Seems to me the same thing happened with Twilight, you don't see anyone bothering to ask anymore.

    These books are really good, because there's times you have to put the book down but soon as you pick up the again you get back into the story. Which is really good.

    This is by far one of my favorite books trilogy... This coming from someone who doesn't read books all that often. I've read this trilogy about 6 times and honestly each and every time that I read it, it leaves me wanting more. It leaves me that I don't want to put the book down. Which is hard because I have it available at my finger tips (iBooks) it can become very addicting. Erika L James has written such a wonderful love story of two people from different life's but in the end they fall in love and create such a wonderful relationship. I'm tempted to re-read the trilogy all over again. Keep writing new books Erika L. James

    I love this book series, I related to the abusive and poor starving child hood and how that affects and carries through to adult hood. The fifty shades really hit home for me. Anyone who couldn't relate to Christian and thought his character unrealistic has no idea the affects of poverty and abuse. I still have issues with eating food in front of people, holes in socks and unmatched pairs. It's real and it does affect a person. Trust issues and having control when as a helpless child being bullied, beat up and told you are worthless, then to rise above the masses and finding myself better off than most of my school mates... Ya this set of books sits on top of Jane Eire and the Black Lion series in my Escala. And read often. Oh ya, the steamy sex is very sweat too!

    I am a 44 year old woman, married 8 kids and 3 grandchildren. I can honestly say I have never ever, not in school, high school, or college have I ever read a book let alone a novel. When I was young the extent of my reading was Archie comic books (lol) as I became a little older nothing at all I can honestly say I wasn't interested nothing could get me thru a page or 2 of a book. I would read a page and then I would have to read it over again then put the book down reading just did not appeal to me. Well my perspective has changed now I don't know what I'm going to do.? So after seeing a couple friends talking about Fifty Shades of Grey on Facebook I decide to take a look on iBooks that's where I found a sample. I can't say how quickly I was hooked I read all 3 books in about 10 days which may not be quick to a experienced reader but I was in shock I did it. This serious made me laugh out loud while reading get a little scared (as far as putting my hand over my mouth ) I even got a little choked up. I honestly was able to visualize what the home the office n playroom looked like, it was like I could see the new home as it was being built I truly felt I was apart or in the story. It felt great to read it I paused for a couple days as I could see the pages were becoming less n less I just didn't want it to end. Now I've googled books similar to Fifty shades of Grey and a few came up but to tell the truth I'm scared to try to read them because if they are not as good as the Fifty Shades series I don't want to lose my interest in reading. 😢 it's been a week now and I want to read but haven't seen anything appealing. I hope n pray that E.L James will continue the series or do another one. Hooked on reading now Kerry 😊

    I've only read the first book but wow it was TERRIBLE! This book glamorizes abuse which is NOT okay! All Grey does is manipulate Ana throughout the book, plus it's extremely disturbing to see him stalk her. And lastly the book is written very poorly, it's as if a 5th grader wrote this book!
